OUR PROCESS

The experience our customers have with us is just as important as the design.

Discovery: We take significant time upfront to understand your unique goals and vision. If you have a specific vision, we will bring it to life. If you’re not sure what is possible, we have ideas and tools to help craft a vision with you! Our goal here is to understand your specific project in every detail as it will serve as the foundation for all of the steps that follow.

Design: We have 20 year’s experience with AVL systems. We know how to create audio systems that excite, stage lighting systems that look amazing, and video systems that ensure every seat in the house can view your message easily. We know how to build these components as a true cohesive system that is flexible and easy to use. Those are the basics. Beyond that, we know where the industry has been, what’s current, and where things are going. Many new technologies provide amazing improvements and incredible value with an eye towards the future. Some aren’t quite there yet. At this stage, we function as a CURATOR for you. We take all of the technologies and brands/products on the market, and find the perfect fit for you. We take your vision, your space and budget, and build a system that is the best balance of current tech, your goals, value and future proofing. We listen to your feedback and fine tune the system design as needed.

Installation: An excellent system design needs an outstanding installation. On new builds and retrofits requiring coordination with other trades, GC’s or Architects, we provide industry-standard coordination documents to ensure a smooth process. We regularly work hand in hand with Architects, General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, IT Contractors and others to ensure that the project is a success. We also have a great team of installers that install in a safe, efficient and courteous manner. The same LimeLight Engineer involved in the system design is involved in the installation phase to fine tune the system.

Training: While every step in the process is crucial to the overall success of the project, this step can make or break a project. Nothing is more frustrating to an owner, church leader or their onsite production crew than having a new system without knowing how to fully utilize it. We place considerable focus on training, and have a unique process and resources to help your team get ready for your new system once it’s installed.

Relationships and Service: Our business is built on relationships. We love staying in touch with our customers and seeing how creative they can be with their new systems.
